This is an essential form for landlords renting units in strata properties throughout British Columbia.
Section 146 of the BC Strata Property Act stipulates that if an owner within a strata corporation wishes to rent or lease their unit, the owner must provide the strata corporation (or their strata management company) with a completed Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities (Form K), within 2 weeks of renting, and for each new tenant. You must also provide your tenants with a copy of the strata's bylaws and rules.
